Care to become our sponsor?

The idea for achieving several core objectives of the project and the finalization of it is, that the sponsor makes exactly that possible: the achievement of the core objectives. We suggest that the production of 1000 copies of the so-called Trade Edition and 25 copies of the Salon Edition will be fully financed. We need about 110 copies of the Trade Edition for the artists and 5 copies of the Salon Edition for 4 sales, which are already cleared and one for ourselves. Of the 20 remaining copies of the Salon Edition, we would like to donate 15 to the world’s most prestigious tree parks and arboretums and send them to them, because we think that this special edition should go out into the world and be accessible:

For our sponsor we will provide 5 copies of the Salon Edition and a number of Trade Editions (tbd). We hope that some of the tree parks will show interest in selling the Trade Edition in their shops. We also hope for good press covering to sell the rest of the edition via a webshop on our website.

As far as the revenue is concerned, we will deduct a reasonable amount to compensate for the initial costs we had, which we will explain in detail (website, brochure, postage, webspace ...). All planning, design, communication that has been done over 6 years in our free time is our donation to the project, but the costs that the company Weiß-Freiburg GmbH has paid for the project need to flow back. The income above and beyond the CO2-compensation is to be made available to small tree projects or, in the case of greater financial success, to be used to establish a reforestation project in Germany. In case the sponsoring party is also interested or would like to be even more involved in the process, there are no limits to discuss this from our side.

For an exclusive sponsorship within this framework, we currently assume a sponsorship of about 65,000 € (or 75.000 $). As described above, all artists would receive their Trade Editions, important arboretums would be able to exhibit the Salon Edition and the sponsorship party would receive 5 copies of the Salon Edition as well as a certain quantity of the Trade Editions. Since it is then also evident that the project could have been completed precisely through this financial commitment of the sponsor, it could also be possible to include a foreword or preface from the sponsor. The books are laid out, all contracts and pictures are with us. In order to be able to conclude, a final editing and strict correction is still needed, then it could fly.
